Lauren

Lauren is reliable, efficient and a trustworthy VA with an exceptional eye for detail. You can trust her to do the job professionally and deliver on time. Lauren lives for a process and is happy to learn and soon get to know your way of working.

 

Lauren is based in Yorkshire and has 20 years of experience in the corporate world starting off in admin and then moving into marketing gaining over 12 years of experience delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns and projects.Have too many day-to-day tasks that seem to take up most of your time? Lauren will safely take these off your hands, from simple data inputting, proofreading, uploading blogs, and scheduling newsletters to repurposing content, and updates she'll be by your side to support you so you can show up in the areas of your business that light you up.

Delphine is a reliable, naturally organised and highly structured VA with a passion for finding the best solution and tools for her clients’ businesses so they can spend their time doing what they love and what they are meant to be doing. Her work ethic ensures that you will only get the very best, she goes above and beyond in everything she sets out to achieve.

 

When people ask her where she is from, she replies: “She is a Safrenglish”. South African, French, and English. She was born in France, moved to London and lived there for 10 years, then moved to Cape Town South Africa. Delphine has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate world starting off as PA and then moving to Project Coordination & Management and completed numerous projects with success.

Emma

Your go-to gal for social media! Always bringing positive energy into work tasks and any meeting I have the pleasure of being in with you! Within her 20 years of corporate (HR, IT, admin & technical roles), she would always cut the fluff and over complications from processes. Lisa has over 15 years of PA experience supporting Exec Directors and Directors make the best use of their time. Based in Bristol, Lisa works remotely for clients based all over the UK. She has excellent organisation, event management, communication and planning skills. Lisa is personable, friendly, approachable, hardworking, has an excellent eye for detail and gets a true buzz out of helping people.

 

Lisa will be the assistant you need who can whizz through all of those jobs on your to-do list that you just don't have time to do. Trust Lisa to make your life easier by: Managing your inbox, creating and taking minutes, setting up your online meetings, typing up notes and dictation, chasing up customer invoice payments, proofreading, online research...the list is endless!

Caitlin

Caitlin is both an organisational nerd and a creativity advocate - she's a huge fan of supporting her clients with both these sides of their businesses! Caitlin is best suited to all things tech support. Be that an online course build, setting up your google pages or email sequences and automations.

 

Caitlin can also offer walk throughs and training on systems with her calm and clear delivery skills.When she’s not working, Caitlin loves getting crafty, trying new vegan recipes, talking about her cat/office assistant Freya, and buying aesthetically pleasing stationery.

David, our website expert is a freelance creative digital designer based in Lincolnshire, UK. He specialises in delivering high-quality design solutions that help small businesses grow and thrive in today’s competitive digital landscape.

 

After a long career in the UK Civil Service, David decided to pursue his passion for graphic design and creativity and started his own business in January 2021. Since then, he's worked with many amazing clients from around the world, providing high-quality websites, social media graphics and audio & video services. David is passionate about all things creative and digital, so if there’s a digital element to your project, we are confident that he can help bring your vision to life.

Heidi

Heidi is a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with over three years of experience, offering versatile support across a wide range of tasks, including diary and email management, invoicing, podcast editing, and more. As a generalist VA, she adapts to the unique needs of each client, ensuring seamless organisation and efficient operations. She holds a degree in Business and Business Economics and a PG Cert in Management. Before becoming a VA, Heidi spent 15 years in a senior administrative role at a local university and successfully ran her own upholstery business. This combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience gives her a strong understanding of business operations and the importance of structured yet flexible support. Originally from Scandinavia, Heidi moved to the UK in 2001 and is now based in Chelmsford, Essex. As a mother of two, she values the flexibility of being a VA and takes pride in providing high-quality and customised support that helps her clients feel less overwhelmed and stay organised and focused on what matters the most.

Matt

Matt has worked in procurement for over a decade now. His titles have included buyer and purchasing and procurement manager. To date, he has worked in the construction and manufacturing industry.

Matts expertise lies with numbers. He is very IT literate and have worked on many different systems over the years which include Xero. He works daily on excel and has set up many tracking systems to ensure thorough monitoring. This allows for consistency and accountability. 

​

Matt is a reliable, dedicated person. As a father of two young children, he loves the outdoors,and has a keen interest in football.

From the North West of England originally, Matt and his family are currently living the dream in Vietnam. He has built strong links with suppliers in the UK and Asia, specifically China.

Jon

Jon has over 30 years experience in the Audio, & Visual industry. Where podcasts are concerned, he is the first point of call, from set up & equipment, to the finished product. He really is the Oracle and is always on hand to assist with any questions to ensure clients feel confident and reassured.

 

What sets Jon apart from other podcast editors is his fast turnaround time and quality of his edits. He is also reliable, super knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work alongside.

 

Most days you can find him sitting with his cats in his studio, flipping between editing, and playing with his guitars… Not many people know this but he is also partial to a Toblerone! Jon is passionate about all things creative and loves new challenges, he can also design and produce podcast jingles!
